Oriental food factory located in Maadi is looking for:
Delivery Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive orders from collator and check QTY & Quality.
- Ensure that all POS are charged and working
- Manage receivable of delivery orders and report any violations to CS & Finance
- Achieving highest standards of delivery experience to the customers (Quality and Speed)
- Ongoing training to delivery agents about Customer Care & Customer Satisfaction
- Daily Safety tips in briefing in order to improve Safety culture
- Managing the performance of the delivery agents
- Ensuring compliance with the delivery agents to the hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Ensuring smooth workflow and operations of the delivery
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree required.
- 5+ years experience
- Gender: Male
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
- Very Good command of English.
- Very good user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, power point and Outlook)
