Role purpose:
- Planning and Technical Implementation of Enterprise Fixed Net projects.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
- Work on two PC screens at the same time
- Contacting client (service manager in VF Germany), End Users (Customers) and Technicians by phone.

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:
- Able to handle complex German conversation
- German Language Skill 4 according to GER = C1 (accent free)
- Excellent typing skills
- Very good understanding of numbers
- Technical understanding of the different processes
- MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)
- Basic commercial knowledge is desirable
- Ability to travel at any time upon BCP or training need + working in shifts
