Job Description
- He will be Responsible for planning, implementing and supporting the SAP MM module, this role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively support users
- Evaluating users’ requirements and then proposing adequate and effective solutions.
- Responding to business and user faults within agreed timescales.
- Support of live systems as well as upgrades and enhancements. Involved from the design phase through to the development and post go live stage.
- Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices.
- Acts as liaison with users for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map user business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy users’ needs.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of SAP configuration experience
- SAP consulting experience in SAP MM module is needed with excellent technical / functional understanding of SAP along with good experience in configuration & support
- Strong business knowledge and process design skills.
- Strong history in collaboration with users
