Job Description

  • We are currently seeking a Creative Director to lead our creative team. The position requires an exceptionally creative and focused individual who is ready to infuse creative direction and vision, from concept through to execution, across multiple brand identities and industry sectors.
  • The Creative Director will also oversee the art team of designers and work closely with the digital team to manage fully-integrated campaigns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Set direction and maintain consistency of numerous brand identities and client strategies: includes look and feel for all consumer-facing creative implemented online, in print, and across social media platforms.
  • Deliver high-quality creative products while insisting on high standards for self/others on the creative team.
  • From concept through execution, responsible for translating the brand into creative/editorial concepts and shoots that engage key audiences. Creatively interpret strategic vision of business partners while working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Consistently challenges self and team to deliver leading edge creative products. Ability to delve deep and think big, not just thinking of the small picture but big picture branding.
  • Participate in digital/creative management team meetings, providing input and opinion into the future direction of the business and taking on actions and tasks as required to help the business achieve its future objectives.
  • Take the lead in liaising with client and account teams, other team members and project management staff to ensure final assets consistently answer the brief in terms of commercial and brand requirements.
  • The Creative Director will lead creative idealization, working in concert with our agency’s key content creators and account leaders to develop ideas that will work across all channels.
  • The Creative Director will also oversee the art team of designers and work closely with the digital team to manage fully-integrated campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • Strategic vision, passion for quality and the willingness to embrace the company culture in its entirety are a must.
  • A wide variety of deliverables will be part of the day-to-day operations and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • We are seeking a leader who is smart about brand strategies, keen on changing demographics and media consumption patterns, understands new technologies, stays on top of what is hot and what is not, and can think BIG.
  • Most importantly, we are seeking someone who have experience in health care brands launches, concept creations The successful candidate will need to take a client brief, conceptualize an idea, work closely with a team to develop it fully, budget it and successfully pitch ideas to our client account teams and the clients themselves.
  • This creative mastermind will have excellent leadership and communication skills: confidence in directing the work of others, as well as an ability to coach/mentor members of the creative team is a must.
  • 5+ years of Advertising or PR creative direction experience.
  • Preferable Experience in Health Care Advertising agencies Expert in Idealization, concept formulation, copy writing Experience in pre-production planning and processes and directing video shoots. Experience working with online/offline streaming projects.
