Job Description
- Developing & executing business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Plan and estimate project’s income and its time frame.
- Collaborate with colleagues & staff to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing information
- Build awareness and knowledge of the property market in Cairo (and other) and study factors influencing property market.
- Arrange “Property nature” events (such as exhibitions, property launching, presentations, seminars…etc)
- Source potential investors and establish/maintain a good work relationship.
- Advice and discuss various opportunities of real estate projects.
- Identify prospective customers by following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.
- Manage customer records and database.
- Managing the sales team in a professional manner.
Job Requirements
- BA in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
- Gender: Both
- 5-7 years in the real estate field and 3-5 years of experience as Real Estate Sales Manager
- Good command in coordination between different developments.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Presentable, confident, enthusiastic, proactive with a willingness to work seriously.
- Computer Skills
- Stress & time management skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to compile professional sales reports in both English and Arabic.
- Excellent communication skills, both in written and spoken English and Arabic.
