Job Description

  • Developing & executing business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Plan and estimate project’s income and its time frame.
  • Collaborate with colleagues & staff to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing information
  • Build awareness and knowledge of the property market in Cairo (and other) and study factors influencing property market.
  • Arrange “Property nature” events (such as exhibitions, property launching, presentations, seminars…etc)
  • Source potential investors and establish/maintain a good work relationship.
  • Advice and discuss various opportunities of real estate projects.
  • Identify prospective customers by following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.
  • Manage customer records and database.
  • Managing the sales team in a professional manner.

Job Requirements

  • BA in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
  • Gender: Both
  • 5-7 years in the real estate field and 3-5 years of experience as Real Estate Sales Manager
  • Good command in coordination between different developments.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Presentable, confident, enthusiastic, proactive with a willingness to work seriously.
  • Computer Skills
  • Stress & time management skills
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to compile professional sales reports in both English and Arabic.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in written and spoken English and Arabic.
