Job Description
Sales Agent is responsible for selling company services (web and cloud applications, Custom developing Project, Digitizing and E-Archiving), should maximize sales profits, create leads and pursue them.
This individual will also develop ongoing, profitable relationships with customers and continually maintain a professional image of the company.
- Perform professional presentations or demonstrations of company service(s)
- Overcome objections of prospective customers.
- Establish customers’ needs and explain and demonstrate products to them, which may involve providing technical descriptions of the services and how they may be used
- Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
- Generate and develop new customer accounts to increase revenue
- Quote and negotiate prices and credit terms
- Maintain accurate records, including sales call reports, expense reimbursement forms, billing invoices, and other documentation.
- Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
- Keep abreast of current technology trends.
