Job Description
- Defining configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
- Carrying out feasibility studies of proposals and making recommendations
- Performing quality assurance
- Defining reporting and alerting requirements
- Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
- Help design, document and maintain system processes
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
- Communicate key insights and findings to product team
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
- Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
- Designs new applications by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
- Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
- Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.
- Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.
- Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
- Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users.
- Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of- the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Converting Business need to Functions, Modules, Interfaces and milestones for implementation
- Build data Models for developer, reports design and Full System architecture documentation.
- Providing user approval for all implemented solutions and manage all obstacles in regards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree as minimum in Computer Engineering, Computer Science,
- Information Systems or Information Technology discipline.
- 5+ Strong knowledge of Business analyzing methodologies, tools and processes
- 5+ years’ reach experience in Portal solutions (SharePoint) and all its components such as (ASP.NET, SharePoint administration, SharePoint development, vb.net, C#, etc.), Oracle ERP, D83 and readymade systems/Software
- Proven work experience in software development.
- Solid knowledge of SQL & ERP DBs
- 3+ years’ experience in system analysis and SDLC.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is Preferred.
- Business process understanding
- Project Management, communication and team work skills.
- Has minimum 3+ years’ experience in the following fields: Software Design, Software Documentation, Software Testing, Software Maintenance, Software Development Process, Software Requirements,
Teamwork, - General Consulting Skills, Software Architecture
- Strong documentation skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English/Arabic.
