Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Setting HR policies
  • Recruitment and screening of candidates.
  • Contacting interviewees for HR interviews.
  • Report evaluation of interview to hiring manager.
  • Setting compensations and benefits program as per company policy.
  • Conducting exit interviews.
  • Preparing all employment paperwork.
  • Payroll and attendance.
  • Coordinating with managers for annual appraisals.
  • Finishing up social insurance paperwork

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Min 3 years as HR Generalist
  • Bsc. Holder of relevant field
  • HR certificate
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law
  • Communication and organizational skills
  • Negotiation skills
