Job Description
- Participates effectively in the identification and maintenance of a master list of currently used procedures.
- Participates effectively in the creation and maintenance of a complete training matrix identifying which employees need certification on which procedures and current status of that certification, at the regional level.
- Participates effectively in the development of detailed training materials to assist with training as needed at the regional level
- Provides detailed training to individuals and groups at the regional level on how to follow procedures, locate information and comply with rameda strategy, regulations and procedures.
- Maintain training records for these activities at the regional level.
- Conducts training diagnostics and needs assessments in partnership with internal customers and peer groups at the regional level.
- Participates effectively in the development, design and implementation of the training programs and curriculum.
- Evaluates and measures training effectiveness and efficiency at Egyptian regional level.
- Participates effectively in the development of programs to meet both short-term and long-term needs.
- Successfully manages and maintains excellent internal customer relationships.
- Participates effectively in the identification design/process improvement opportunities.
- Participates effectively in the coordination of schedules and logistics as needed.
- Actively participates in and support departmental and team activities.
- Participates in the implementation of team engagement projects.
- Participates in the audit preparedness aiming at obtaining a clean audit report.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree is a must, preferably medical or pharmaceutical.
- 4-5 years of experience
- Preferably 1-2 years of managerial experience
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Able to lead, mentor and coach others.
- Active, organized, planner and able to work with teams.
- Good computer skills
