This role is for providing Ownership for Infrastructure as a Service within in the area of accountability; Infrastructure includes, but is not limited to the major technical services, enablers or tools and its underlying IT devices and virtualization infrastructure (Active Directory,Group Policies, DHCP, DNS, Print services, File services, Mail,WSUS,WDS, Network Access, End to end network connectivity), (Servers, network devices), (vSphere infrastructure)
He will be responsible to ensure the Operations, Maintenance and Support the infrastructure and definition of its requirements (design, plan, implement, health monitor, high availability)
Support the organization in all the incidents that are escalated from 1st line of support and solve them in the expected time frames

2-3 years of experience in an IT infrastructure Support position in a medium-large scale environment
Broad knowledge of servers, storage technologies, having knowledge on network technologies and Microsoft technologies is a required advantage.
Extensive knowledge of and operating systems and services, especially regarding Microsoft windows server services, Microsoft exchange
Knowledge of IT Service Desk procedures, anti-virus and security systems, and backup systems
Basic Understanding of ITIL or similar service delivery systems.
Excellent command of English language.
Bachelor in computer science, engineering is required
MCSA/MCSE certification is mandatory
ITIL foundation is highly preferred
