Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of all the accountants and delegate tasks to them.
  • Coordinates with purchasing agent for the selection of new suppliers and the selection of best offers.
  • Issue checks in coordination with top management.
  • Prepare all tax authority required reports.
  • Administrate the preparation of yearly budget and yearly closing reports.
  • Monitor the balance of all company bank accounts and company treasury.
  • Represent the company with banks, taxes authorities and other financial institutions.
  • Cash flow management and establishing a relationship with the business bank manager regarding any funding requirements the company may have.
  • Maintain organized and detailed financial documents and records.
  • Advise top management about the financial status of the company.
