Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of all the accountants and delegate tasks to them.
- Coordinates with purchasing agent for the selection of new suppliers and the selection of best offers.
- Issue checks in coordination with top management.
- Prepare all tax authority required reports.
- Administrate the preparation of yearly budget and yearly closing reports.
- Monitor the balance of all company bank accounts and company treasury.
- Represent the company with banks, taxes authorities and other financial institutions.
- Cash flow management and establishing a relationship with the business bank manager regarding any funding requirements the company may have.
- Maintain organized and detailed financial documents and records.
- Advise top management about the financial status of the company.
