Job Description
- Responsible for managing communication with existing and new clients to deliver the organization's messages to the public .
- Communicate with clients efficiently (in an appropriate time frame) and effectively (bring tangible results).
- Hold a full grip of training programs & services to cover all customer inquiries.
- Keep an eye on the daily schedule and make sure the workplace is prepared.
- Work in hand with marketing to align advertising and make sure classes meet sufficient number of attendees, and stay attentive to keep ahead of time.
- Check, reply and update all communication channels (Whatsapp , FB , Mails , Calls..)
- Organizes and oversees promotional events.
- This is a cross-functional position , including marketing, sales, social media, customer service and administrative work.
