Job Description
- Prepare and Manage marketing plans, sales plans, target and budgets
- Manage marketing and sales team to execute the plan and achieve target
- Identify target markets and analyze market trends
- Develop and Implement effective sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Present reports, findings and suggestions to general manager
- Manage the production of promotional material
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and reports
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing and sales management experience in dental/medical field.
- Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills
- Excellent ability to build effective internal and external business partnership
- Excellent computer and language skills
- Articulate, assertive, self motivated, confident, strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate creative thinking and problem solving skills
- Master degree in business is preferred
