Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting sales staff by providing administrative, clerical, and customer support. Follows up with customers, completes orders, and processes sales leads.
Job Duties:
We are looking for a self-motivated female who is interested in being a part of our growing global sales activities. The tasks will include but are not limited to:
- B2B sales meetings
- Various marketing activities such as blog posts, social media etc.
- Preparing sales documents for devices
- Following up with customers
- Finding new leads
- Follow up on sales leads.
- Making cold calls
- Brainstorming new initiatives with our sales team
- Conducting research on infrastructure projects, companies, and unsaturated markets
- Resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; notifying managers and customers.
- Perform data entry when orders are completed or changed.
- Process sales data and progress reports.
- Direct sales leads to appropriate member of sales team.
- Answer questions about product or warranties.
- Provides sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.
- Forwards samples by entering request; arranging shipment; notifying customer.
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.
- Maintain client database.
- Ensure all client information is correct.
- Maintain fantastic customer service and manage customers journey from point of sale through to supply
- Update customer records in the company database as required
- Maintains promotional database by inputting invoice and bill-back data.
- Updates managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
- Explain promotional offers.
- Hitting targets and KPI’s
- Collate accurate information and data which is to be inputted onto the company CRM database
- Make PowerPoint presentations for sales staff.
- Collaborate with the sales staff to monitor active purchase orders and make sure that orders are completed on time
- Report any inventory or service issues to management and the appropriate Account Manager immediately
- Resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; notifying managers and customers.
- Organize sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines
- To collect and cascade competitor information and also keep up to date with customer contract renewal dates
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Handle billing issues.
- Organize events, conferences, and other meetings.
- Attend trade shows to promote products.
- Resolve promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices.
- Track sales expenses.
- Analyze sales reports.
- Conduct customer-focused seminars.
- Complete quarterly sales meeting data, templates, and presentations.
Job Requirements
Education, qualifications, and Requirements:
- Graduate from any relevant major
- 1-2 years of general sales and/or marketing experience
- Female
- Working fluency in English
- Working Fluency in ONE of; French, or Spanish, or Russian
- Knowledge of Sales-force and other CRM tools
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to solve problems and make quick rational decisions
- Ability to reason with customers
- Background or good understanding in Manufacturing / Production
- Understanding of the industry globally
- Thirst for knowledge
- Act in a positive and motivated manner
