- To be responsible for training and supervision our concierge advisors for quality insurance.
- Being smart for handling any guests complains and do needful for compensation.
- Handling all guests special requests no offered in our system and direct concierge advisor to do the same.
Job Requirements
- English is a must as well as Arabic
- Representable and well educated
- Passionate and Energetic
- Travel industry background it’s an added value
- Strong knowledge of the travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of flight reservation system Galileo and Amadeus.
- Strong knowledge about worldwide destinations and hotels.
- Computer skills Microsoft Office (Word/Excel / Powerpoint)
- To be well educated and good user to the INTERNET.
