Job Description

  • Ensure the smooth running of the office and IT systems
  • Monitor and document FTO's, Annual Vacations, Holidays
  • Deal with day to day transactions and managing invoicing
  • Deal with Medical Insurance provider. Prepare medical claims, follow up with reimbursement.
  • Organizing events.
  • Ordering supplies - basic procurement knowledge.
  • Supervise office boys to perform their tasks.
  • Tracking the Access machine for check-in and out the office.
  • Data Entry

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English language
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and financial knowledge
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks
  • High degree of computer literacy
  • Knowledge of the Technology and Arts sectors with IT skills are desirable but not essential
