- Ensure the smooth running of the office and IT systems
- Monitor and document FTO's, Annual Vacations, Holidays
- Deal with day to day transactions and managing invoicing
- Deal with Medical Insurance provider. Prepare medical claims, follow up with reimbursement.
- Organizing events.
- Ordering supplies - basic procurement knowledge.
- Supervise office boys to perform their tasks.
- Tracking the Access machine for check-in and out the office.
- Data Entry

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Analytical and financial knowledge
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks
- High degree of computer literacy
