Job Description
Female customer service agents are required to work for major marketing and online retailer company. Work is in our headquarter office in Tenth of Ramadan City.
Daily tasks:
- Answering customers’ inquiries through the company’s customer service number and through the company’s Facebook page
- Calling customers to confirm orders before creating shipping orders
- Creating and sending shipping orders to the shipping company (through the computer)
Job Requirements
Required Skills:
- The ability to type quickly and efficiently on the computer, and precision when writing in Arabic
- A satisfactory level of English comprehension and writing
- Attention to details
- The ability to deal with the different kinds of customers
- The ability to use Word, Excel, and email programs
- Punctuality and having a great sense of responsibility
