Job Description
Main Duties:
- Monitor the performance management system, assure that the department’s semi-annual objectives are SMART.
- Follow-up on the periodical appraisals and analyze the staff training needs
- Follow up manpower plan and recruitment needs with department Managers to fulfill the required manpower using external channels or internal posting within the approved budget.
- Develops a pool of qualified potential candidates and maintain an on-going relationship with high potential ones.
- Conduct phone and competency based interviews with the potential candidates a and any required tests then passing most fit ones to the technical interview and report final comments to the HR Manager as per Recruitment SOP.
- Responsible for implementing a comprehensive induction program for the new hired employees; including “introduction to key members of staff, a basic introduction to the company & HSE awareness session”.
- Conducts exit interviews for resigned employees, analyzes the results and suggests corrective actions accordingly.
- Contact training providers to collect offers and develop a comparison report to select the best offer.
- Assists in the job descriptions development as per Job analysis SOP.
- Responsible for updating the departmental charts when needed.
- Implement benefits policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements.
- Ensure the implementation of HSE requirements.
Job Requirements
- Education:Bachelor Degree in any relevant major – HR Diploma or HR advanced studies is a must.
- Language:Excellent English Language proficiency.
- Computer:Excellent Computer skills (Microsoft Office) & Microsoft Visio.
- Years of Experience:0-2 years of experience.
