Job Description

  • Manage the process of renting property, negotiating leases, sales of services, fees collection process and maintain excellent customer relation with our clients.

Property Management:

  • Manage and oversee operations, maintenance of our property.
  • Act as liaisons between our tenants and other department in our company.
  • Manage Collection of monthly assessment and rental fees.
  • Maintain records of sales, rental or usage activity or property availability.
  • Meet with clients to negotiate management and service contracts, determine priorities and discuss the financial and operational status of properties
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.

Sales:

  • Attract new clients.
  • Lease & sell new spaces & available offices.
  • Sell new & current services to new or existing clients.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Relation Management, Real Estate Sales, Property management.
  • 3-5 Years of Real State Sales and Customer Service experience
  • Max age 28 years
