Job Description

As an Odoo distinguished partner in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for functional consultant/ business analyst in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh office

  • Analyze customers’ needs and business processes and prepare business requirements document in order to map them properly with Odoo.
  • Coach customers on how to use Odoo efficiently through individual training.
  • Deliver Odoo functional training sessions on site or online to train end-users
  • Do the pre-sale activates and prepare demos based on client initial requirements based on sales team leads and inputs..
  • Responsible for the implementation and support of ERP solution in accordance to clients' interests and business requirements.
  • Configure business on ERP system
  • Aids customer in implementation issues and final results verification through continuously revising and adjusting customer business process.
  • Manage reporting requirements, and system usage
  • System analysis: helps project manager to lead a sessions to collect data, documents and other information and create specifications that describe how the system will be implemented for the client.
  • Follow up with customers whose issues are not closed to Identify solutions to work around open issues that are under investigation or pending resolution to the tickets assigned by a Team Lead or Manager.
  • Complete, maintain all company paperwork in a timely, accurate and efficient manner alongside the company’s guidelines.
  • Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to go-live.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT related specialty
  • Good knowledge of business processes & accounting
  • Good understanding of business and operational processes including CRM, Sales/purchase, human resources, payroll and Manufacturing, Warehouse and accounting, etc.
  • Experienced in project management and agile methodology
  • Great experience in ERP implementation
  • Quick and autonomous learner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experienced in functional consulting services given to clients.
  • Affinity with the IT world
  • Between 2 and 5 years of experience, more senior are welcome
  • Excellent planning and communication skills
  • Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly
  • Fluent in English
