About the Job

To serve its growing customer base, IdealRatings is having an open position for “Customer Success Executive” based in Cairo. The perfect candidate will be responsible of:

  • Acting as customer voice and liaising between customers and IdealRatings
  • teams.
  • Ensuring premium quality services and customer deliveries.
  • Handling IdealRatings’ customers inquiries and support requests.
  • Serve as product usage consultant to derive creative solutions to ensure maximum customer utilization and satisfaction.
  • Support the Sales and Product teams in providing relevant account information.
Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • University degree in finance or accounting from reputable school.

  • 0-2 years of experience.

  • Perfect command of English both written and spoken.

  • Excellent Computer Skills especially MS Office.

  • Ability to build credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Flexibility to travel.
