Job Description
- Grow Installs from digital campaigns to 700,000 by end of year 1
- Grow installs from digital campaigns to 250,000 by end of month 6
- Decrease CPI from $0.6 to $0.5
- Decrease Bookings CAC from $8.5 to $5 by end of month 6
- Decrease Matches CAC to $2 by end of month 6
- Increase Matches Conversion to 15% by end of month 6
- Increase Bookings Conversion from 7% to 10%
- Increase Bookings LTV from 3.5 to 5 by end of month 6
- Create campaigns for app installs and conversions on paid ad networks like Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, and Google Adwords
- Track main metrics and KPIs on installs, registrations, conversions, etc...
- Work with other team members to reach business needs
- Bringing traditional and creative ideas on how to grow main KPIs
- A/B testing ideas and campaigns and working with the media team to produce different creatives to test
- Analyzing the data and users’ feedback and documenting it in a report.
- Exchanging ideas/data/feedback with other departments (Product, marketing, top management) in order to present results and make the product more user-centric.
- Working with the AARRR Sales Metrics Funnel (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Referral - Revenue)
- Driving traffic to the website, landing pages, social media, app, etc...
