Job Description
The Snr Recruiter aligns the recruiting needs of the vertical or geography, build solutions for those needs, and execute. The Snr Recruiter is expected to be seen as a subject matter expert within the field of recruiting by continually delivering results in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.
- Develop, communicate, and execute recruiting plans
- Manage full life cycle recruiting; every requisition, open to close
- Interview candidates for final selection, and assist in preparing and sending offer packages, on-boarding paperwork
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees + Attend/organize career fairs for recruiting and company recognition
- Conduct regular follow-up to understand the hiring managers’ needs, establish strong relationships with business partners and align our strategy with the needs of the business
- Administer policies, procedures, controls, and best practices
- Assist in determining and administering recruiting budget
- Identify marketing sources to maintain a pipeline of applicants
- Participate in global recruiting projects where required

Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of experience in Recruiting
