- Upload daily claims to vendor.
- Revise and resolve any claims errors.
- Escalate daily errors to concerned team leaders.
- Matching claims data with required weekly and monthly reports
- Follow up daily claims to rectify when needed.
Job Requirements
- 3 years proven work experience in a production environment

Experience on an ERP system
- Demonstrated math and comprehension skills
- Good interpersonal skills for handling internal and external customers
- Well-developed listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Must have strong organizational skills and problem solving ability
