Employees files
- Required official papers for employees
- Joining papers and contract
Payroll:
- Log file from attendance machine
- Prepare employees attendance sheet
- Prepare monthly penalties & deduction report
- Add attendance & penalties to salary sheet
- Preparing salary slip, sending it to all employees
- Prepare vacation balance:
- Receive the employee’s vacations and sick leaves and permissions.
