Job Description
- Managing the different processes and procedures related to the EME projects, programs and services.
- Periodic executive reports for the different programs KPIs.
- Defining new processes as per the recommendations of the Electronics Steering Committee or ITIDA top management.
- Performs subcontractors’ communication, qualification, negotiation, and validates deliverables to ensure the quality, schedule and budget.
- Managing the administrative, financial and promotion activities with other support departments within ITIDA
- Anticipate stakeholders needs and their approval when required
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electronics / Communication / Computer-relevant Engineering
- M.Sc., MBA or PMP is a plus.
- 7 years or more experience in electronics (design or manufacturing) domain or embedded systems.
- Good knowledge of financial and procurements practices in governmental entities.
- 3 years or more project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of latest electronics industry trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong conflict resolution, negotiation and influential skills
- Leadership and management skills.
- Excellent command of MS Office and MS Project tools.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strategic and critical thinking.
