Job Description
- Design each department organizational structure and charts in line with Department Heads.
- Make Job Analysis and Design Job Descriptions and KPIs for each position.
- Follow-up the Probation Period Process.
- Follow-up the Exit Interview Process and analyze data to detect and solve turn over reasons performance management, training & development, retention programs, employees relations, knowledge management, and productivity improvement projects to ensure alignment with HR strategy.
- Recommend training and development systems.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Accredited Certification in HR Management.
- Experience: (3 to 5) years in OD, Real Estate Industry is preferred
- Bachelor Degree in Any Field
- Excellent Command of English & Computer Skills ( Word.Excel.Power point)
- Knowledge of local labor laws and government requirements
- Quick learner & ability to perform multi-tasks
