- Estmrarya Management Consulting S.A.E is looking for a dynamic Sr.Business Development executive who possesses Leadership qualities! This person will be a proactive net-worker, excellent relationship builder with a passion for sales!
Main Responsibilities:
- Develops strategic solution sales plans to maximize profitable business.
- Identifies prospects, gathers client information, and develops sales strategy to secure new business.
- Conducts prospect sales calls both independently and jointly with management.
- Meets regularly with management to review sales efforts to ensure the proper focus and success in meeting and exceeding sales gross profit targets.
- Gives presentations and proposals, providing competitive analysis.
- Sells strategic service offerings/solutions and negotiates pricing strategy and contract terms as determined by management.
- Functions as primary sales resource and communicates the detailed candidate requirements with the assigned Recruiter.
- Develop a sound business strategy for identifying and obtaining new.
- Establish and maintain key business relationships Obtaining and exceeding revenue-based goals.
- Demonstrates strategic selling approach to identify, target and penetrate companies with needs appropriate to Estmrarya services and products. Consistently link Estmrarya’s sales capabilities with client’s business issues and strategic objectives.
- Effectively researches prospect organization to understand industry segment, key business drivers, situational or environment factors, and business challenges.
- Develops customized business solutions based on customer needs that effectively articulate and differentiate Estmrarya’s value proposition.
- Uses tools and technology to leverage efforts, including Salesforce.com, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
- Builds and maintains accurate forecasts of sales opportunities.
Job Requirements
- A minimum 4 years’ new business development experience selling intangible solutions to c-level executives at small, medium, or enterprise level organizations.
- Ability to hold a strategic business conversation, understanding how to move a business conversation forward. Solid business intelligence around challenges that organizations face.
- Experience in project-based, team-oriented environments
- Track record of leading and managing teams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast paced and demanding environments
- In-depth knowledge (state of the art knowledge) of strategic topics in communication, media and technology
- Ability to apply depth of content knowledge for thought leadership in project execution
- Outstanding communication skills; comfort in presenting to senior executives, both internally and among clients
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Fluent in English, Arabic
