Job Description

Tasks:

  • Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
  • Assist with creation, conception, and presentation of social media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Interpret the direction of strategic planning and creative leads.
  • Summarize insights and conversations to create actionable, client-facing reports that lead to optimization.
  • Manage engaging texts, images and videos content for social media accounts.
  • Manage respondent to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Communicate and coordinate customer service, production and planning teams ensuring that community strategy supports overall brand goals and objectives.
  • Create and implement all activities that increase interaction with customers.
  • Convert the product’s current and potential customers to marketing tools.
  • Manage customer loyalty strategies, that increase the sales and add value in the market.
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features.
  • Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Personal Skills:

  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Actively participates in a wide variety of social media activities such as blogging, community development and management, social bookmarking, commenting, etc.
  • Understanding of popular social networks – design, functionality, and users.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation tools and skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter).
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events).
  • Excellent verbal communication skill.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Hands on experience with social media management for brands.
  • Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
