Job Description

Tasks:

  • Develop the marketing strategies in line with the group objectives.
  • Establishes marketing goals and plans based on past performance and market forecasts.
  • Manage all online and offline marketing activities for the projects.
  • Overall responsibility for the brand management and group identity.
  • Working closely with graphic designers and manage the new products launches.
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
  • Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition.
  • Manage all normal and paid channels in content creation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, and performance analysis.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for the website and social media platforms that attracts and convert the target groups.
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and coordinate marketing and creative staff, leading market research efforts.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • BS\MS degree in marketing management.
  • Excellent experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns.
  • Solid Knowledge in official and social media websites analytics tools.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Excellent sense of aesthetics.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
