Job Description
Recruitment:
- Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle for the departments based on business needs and requests.
- Conducts interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Performs job descriptions to fulfill open positions and guide existing employees in fulfilling their work obligations.
- Prepares, develops and implements procedures and policies on staff recruitment.
- Assesses applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Monitors and applies HR recruiting best practices.
Personnel & Payroll:
- Prepares paperwork required to place employee on payroll and establishes personnel file.
- Insure compliance with labor and employment laws.
Compensation And Benefits:
- Setting compensation structures and evaluating competitive pay practices.
- Handle medical insurance and maintain coverage rates.
- Negotiate best deals.
OD:
- Supports organizational planning including creation of organizational charts, review of roles and responsibilities and job descriptions.
- Creates and develops core & function competency models.
- Creates definitions of desired individual or group performance, and identify data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks performance targets , and performance appraisal.
- Maintaining good working environment and conditions.
- Provides advice and assistance in developing human resource plans.
Training And Development:
- Giving new employees extensive orientation training to help them transition into a new organizational culture.
- Performing TNA and design and implement training plan.
- Assists the organization in areas of leadership development, organizational redesign, team development and change management.
- Manages the process of replacement planning, succession planning, key employee retention design, change management, workforce management and development.
Managing Employee Relations:
- Oversees employee compliance with all performance management processes (annual performance review process, goal setting, probationary reviews, employee development planning).
- Strengthening the employer-employee relationship through measuring job satisfaction, employee engagement and resolving workplace conflict.
- Promotes the corporate values and culture of the organization through the development and implementation of relevant policies and procedures and appropriate personal behavior.
Other:
- Ensures security, integrity and confidentiality of data.
- Prepares weekly, monthly and quarterly reports upon request.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Job Requirements
- BSc of Business Administration, Management or related disciplines.
- 2-4 years of experience in the Human Resources field.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English.
