Job Description

  • Responsible for creating, implementing & delivering training programs and overseeing the development of careers.
  • Responsible for all instructors in all sides  
  • Sets performance metrics, evaluates productivity, and helps workers create long-term career plans within an organization.
  • Develop, implement, deliver and monitor training programs within the company.
  • Deliver technical training for team of Instructors and Seniors.
  • Conduct orientation sessions.
  • Support teachers and seniors with resources that can develop the technical performance in classes.
  • Create and modify testing and evaluation processes.
  • Conduct performance evaluations (TPE-Monitoring sessions)
  • Provide the company with classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
  • Provide performance feedback.
  • Conduct continuing education training.
  • Provide leadership development education.
  • Provide support, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements, and cost management.
  • Assist with the development of strategic plans.
  • Ensure that these plans and strategies are being applied.
  • Receive complaints and resolve problems.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.
  • Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates.
  • Assign tasks and reports to the Senior Instructors.
  • Receive, check and revise daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Pay the branches regular visits to evaluate the performance there.
  • Check on the Seniors’ paperwork: (Counseling Surveys- Monitoring sheets- Timeline Cards- Placement Test Reports

Job Requirements

  • Must have at least five years of experience in mid-sized or large organizations of the same field.
  • Proven ability developing new techniques, creating curriculum design and applying adult learning principles
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Bachelor's degree is a must.
  • Post Graduate studies in Education or Linguistics or Management are preferable.
  • CELTA Certified is a Plus
  • IELTS Examiner
  • TEFL Certification
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative.
  • Decision making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with and instruct others.
  • Must be a responsible individual and able to work independently.
