Job Description
Main Duties:
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
- Prepare and reviews revenue, expense, payroll, invoices, and other accounting documents.
- Record financial transactions (journal entry) on the accounting system.
- Participates in preparing monthly and annual financial statements.
- Resolves accounting discrepancies.
- Recording cost information for use in controlling expenditures
- Compile and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Good command of English language with Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Strong organization and follow up skills;
- Ability to handle competing priorities and meet all deadlines and commitments;
- Leadership skill.
- Flexibility.
- Ability to work in multi functional environment.
- Ability to perform effectively in different work locations (Inside and outside Egypt) as per business needs.
- Accuracy in daily work and other projects.
- Manufacturing background and industrial experience is highly preferred
- CMA holders are preferable and Relevant professional certifications is a big plus.
- Experience From 3 to 5 years
- Giza , 6 October , Maniyal or nearby residents are preferred.
