Job Description
This employee is responsible for assisting the Technology Integration in the operation and maintenance of the school media/technology program.
Duties of this position include but are not limited to:
- Managing the technology center and assisting students and parents with technology difficulties with their school accounts. (answering emails, calls, and walk-ins to the center).
- Managing the booking for computer labs and maintain them to assist the teachers.
- Processing school media technology materials and related equipment for circulation/utilization by students and teachers.
- Helping with Proctoring and Administering the MAP test during testing sessions.
- Assisting computer teachers with lab set-up and classes.
- Assisting in preparation of technology displays and bulletin boards.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Technology Integration.
Job Requirements
- English Language
- Ability to satisfactorily complete on-the-job training for technical media procedures.
- Ability to effectively relate to students.
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with co-workers.
- Knowledge of office procedures.
- Keyboarding skills - Computer Literacy.
- Experience in a like position.
- Working well with children of various ages.
- Working well with foreign and local teachers.
