To develop, and overall implementation of shops design, shops upgrading and new shop in shop installation thus improve overall look of the shop.
To market and to develop programs in order to promote the new inspiration centers concept and to develop an in-shop branding program and activities as well as promoting the multi color concept following the set strategies.
Develop, implement & evaluate regional campaigns in co-ordination with regional marketing dept and to evaluate local campaigns in co-ordination with sales departments
To develop a coincide on-ground programs along with any new launches or any running communications campaigns.

Main tasks:

To have the Orient tinting showroom modern, aspiring with the right display andSet-up of tinting equipment’s.
To develop and implement promotional campaigns that lead to creating traffic all over the Orients tinting showroom and to help sell orients products from the traditional paints shops.
To manage the loyalty program and to make the best use of it meanwhile, to add more target audiences.
To develop an upgrading plan and shops design for the Orient Tining showrooms.
To develop and to implement all the in shop branding and POS materials.
To develop and implement on-ground activities that coincide with the product management's activities and the communications activities.
Plan to promote the Orients Paints tinting concept.
To develop corporate collaborations and campaigns with the right furniture showrooms.
