Job Description

Job Summary:

  • The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the yearly manpower planning & implementation to attract the best calibers, Bring the best practices in interviewing, Testing & selecting.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement the manpower plan on time
  • Follow/ review the recruitment policies & Processes and ensure communicate it to all line managers
  • Monthly follow up reports and analysis on the plan implementation status
  • Follow up on the Turnover %
  • Conduct exit interview and analyze reasons and suggest improvement actions
  • Build relationship with recruitment agencies and create different recruitment channels
  • Maintaining an up-to-date and accurate records

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in the recruitment field
  • HR certificate/diploma is a must
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
