- Ensuring the effective management of cash flows.
- Managing banks relationships and Handling the daily bank operations.
- Controlling cash disbursements and monitoring cash collection.
- Preparing/Developing treasury reports
- Dealing with the banks to obtain any required facilities
- Managing the existing facilities
- Preparing Cash Flows forecast
- Handling the budget template preparation
- Handling the budget controls
- Continuous Budget variance analysis
Job Requirements
- 8 + years of experiences
- CMA, CTP, CFA are plus
- Fluency in English language is a MUST
- Real estate experience is preferred
