Job Description

Main duties:

  • Preparation and maintaining of Budget estimates.
  • Preparation of Bills of Quantities.
  • Reviewing Monthly payment valuations.
  • Reviewing and negotiating prices with Contractors.
  • Cost estimate for any change order during project presses.
  • Attending design team meetings.
  • Approving technical and material submittals.
  • Study and Approving Variation orders cost and impact.
  • Review construction process in order to maintain any technical issue.
  • Documenting project issues/conditions.

Job Requirements

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical or civil Engineering.
  • +10 years of experience in High Voltage substation or power plants
  • Strong Knowledge of Auto CAD 2D “for civil”
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Project.
  • Strong Knowledge of English.
  • Strong Communication skills.
