Job Description
KG Headmistress
- Setting and executing her section plan in accordance to the general school vision as well as leading & training her/his staff members.
- Conducts daily class visits in her section and keeps record of the Class Visit Reports
- Checks students written material and follow-up notebooks daily and keeps record of the Written Material Follow-up Reports
- Sets remedial plans for the weak students according to the school Remedial Policy
- Sets and follows-up the weekly quizzes timetables for each subject in her section
- Acts as an academic adviser to different teachers in her section as needed and as assigned by the school administration
- Provides continuous support for his/her staff members and motivates them to do their best by creating a positive atmosphere of cooperation and understanding.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the same position in a well known school.
