Job Description
- Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
- Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
- Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
- Assess potential risks, materials and costs
- Guide and monitor site staff, and prepare periodic performance reports for all site staff members.
- Prepare daily progress report, and other reports that will required.
- Ensure that the sub-contractors apply construction quality standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years
- Experience in Construction - Residential & Commercial/Office Company Industry
- Construction / Civil Engineering
- Site Engineering / Projects
- Experienced in Concrete &finishing works
