Job Description
- Oversee Administration department to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the organization.
- Organizing and maintaining files and records.
- Support the executive team in all travel preparations including airline tickets, hotel bookings and visa insurance.
- Responsible for arranging board meetings and annual general meetings.
- Maintain inventory and office supplies.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluent language skills (verbal and written) in the Arabic and English language.
- Professional use of computers and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Demonstrated management and organizational skills.
