Demand Planning

• Support the PMs and TM Managers with the required data during the annual Target Setting exercise.
• Lead the monthly Sales Running Forecast for all Channels (GT – MT – CC) across the Water Business and Braun.
• Lead the weekly Sales Analysis and Planning meeting with the Sales Directors and PMs.
• Communicate the monthly SRF with the Supply Planning and confirm back the approved Supply Plan to the Sales and Marketing Teams.
• Activate the Final Forecast on the system by channel, category and SKU.
• Control the volumes allocation per channel and account or area in alignment with the PMS to ensure profitability.
• Control the day-to-day volumes’ transfer between channels and accounts.
• Report the monthly Error Forecast.
• Monitor and report the Logistics’ POF (Perfect Order Fulfilment) to avoid losing sales opportunities.
• Plan with the Supply to satisfy any ad-hoc demand submitted by the PMs or TM Managers due to new or unplanned promotions).

  Assist the TM Manager by

• Consolidating and reporting the required data for Marketing activities planning.
• Follow up on the Golden Stores’
• Follow up on the POSM distribution
• Follow up with the 3rd party production
