Job Description
- Responsible the technical evaluation of all the IT equipment that will be purchased by the group.
- Maintenance tasks of all the PC's
- Analyze and solve users' problems and ensures problems are documented and utilized to increase the knowledge of group users'
- Continuously work on finding the root cause of the problems to serve the needs of the group and report future plans.
- Acts as the focal point for all IT users in all issues related to IT infrastructure.
- Follow up with and supervises the IT team on IT problem solutions.
- Coach IT team members to ensure consistent and seamless support to al Manar IT users .
- Document all Problem solutions in IT Tracking System.
- Provide business capacity management plans and acts as a business partner to senior management in regards to evaluating and recommending current and future implementations of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Continue the development of the already implemented systems and support other functions for effective operation.
- Work in partnership with external vendors to ensure smooth operation of ERP system.
