Job Role:
- Sell a variety of chemicals to be used in different industries and in applied analytical, pharmaceutical & Cosmetics chemicals, Food & Beverage Additives and Industrial chemicals.
Job Description:
- Promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Reporting to the direct manager on sales and provide feedback about the marketing of new or established products.
- Plan and work towards meeting sales targets and budgets
- Issue the sales deal according to the company policy and procedures.
- Update the customers with the company recent promotion.
- Customers status update “New, closed, and current”
- Follow up the collection process “Cash/ credit”.
- Ensure the validity of the official documents for the new customers upon the deal issuance.
- Make the relevant reconciliations quarterly with the customers to verify his accounts/ dues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree / chemist (preferred) or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years work experience in sales within the Egyptian market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic languages.
- Must be self-driven, motivated and result oriented.
- Must be proficient in basic computer applications (i.e Microsoft Office).
- Must be a good team player as well as be able to facilitate change.
