We’re Hiring Now! and looking for the position: Guest Relation Agent (Female Only) Italian Language is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes.
- Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer's understanding of information and answer.
- Records customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in customers' accounts.
- Improves quality service by recommending improved processes.
Job Requirements
- Should be with Previous experience in a similar position in a 5 stars hotel is preferable.
- Italian Language is a MUST.
- High level of written and verbal English is essential.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent usage of Internet.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team.
