Job Description
- Manage Call center DME telesales operations including:
- Team management to achieve daily and weekly targets
- Sales follow up with the buyers
- Leads management on dialer
- Follow up with Technical support any issues
- Take part in hiring process for the agents
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports about agents KPI's and total operation performance
- Provide training for new comers and coaching for the current agents
