Job Description

  • Arrange the tasks of the Director according to his work plan in the various projects, form of a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly work plan, taking into account the load balance
  • Coordinating with all parties (people, departments, sectors, external parties, etc.) in a proactive and proactive way to achieve the success of the manager's work plan.
  • Executing the procedures and tasks delegated by the director from his work plan (examples: Follow-up of individuals, departments, sectors or external parties, commissioned or requested by the manager, attending internal or external meetings on behalf of the manager; Director, speaking at public meetings on behalf of the Director "as a spokesperson on behalf of the Director", etc.)
  • Analyzing, summarizing and summarizing all reports directed to the Director by any party, entity, department or sector, in order to ensure accurate and comprehensive access to information in accordance with the Director's perspective, in a manner that ensures time and effort for the Director
  • Prepare all Presentations that the Director uses and displays to others from projects he undertakes or participates in, in the form of professional and attractive and cross-sectional and all the accessories of files, information, photos and documents
  • Coordinating with the members of the Board of Directors and the Secretariat of the Board of Directors regarding the subjects that the Director wishes to put forward with its elements, processing the necessary documents and determining the time required for them
  • Coordination with the Secretariat of the Board of Directors in reviewing the minutes of the Board of Directors and comments from the Director thereon
  • Provide a weekly report on the tasks performed by the Director and the results thereof, and without the functions of the Director, the planner and the reasons for not doing them, the proposal to be deported, canceled or merged into other tasks or otherwise. The report also includes an analysis of the additional tasks that were not planned Her and the time spent on her and her positive or negative impact on the manager's work plan
  • Preparation of a report after the completion of each activity indicating (the purpose - the procedures for its implementation - the results achieved - the requirements of the other parties with their identification - the next step ..... etc or the manager to identify items to document its activities), eg China flights - .. etc
  • Preparation of a summary of the efficiency of the response and cooperation of all the parties dealt with by the manager internally and externally (the percentage of the implementation of the agency to what was agreed with the manager and what quality

Job Requirements

  • Excellent command of English Language.
  • Excellent in MS office package.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Prefer location near Obour-city
  • Ability to work under deadline pressure.
  • Constantly adapting and developing of new situations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills,
  • Ability to work independently and follow up persistently with both internal colleagues and external counterparts.
