Job Description

We’re Hiring Now! and looking for the position: Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling foreign visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests.
  • Schedule meetings
  • Alert manager about cancellations or new meetings.
  • Manage travel and schedule.
  • Handle information requests.
  • Prepare incoming mails
  • Arrange for outgoing mail and packages “papers” to be picked up.
  • Prepare statistical reports.
  • Manage spreadsheets.

Job Requirements

  • High level of written and verbal English is essential
  • Good command of Computer Softwares
  • 2+ Years of experience
  • Max age 30 years
  • Females only
