Main Duties:
- Communicate with potentials proactively, via phone, email and social media.
- Implement creative ways to improve our clients’ relationships, .tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and up-sell or promote other products.
- Follow up with potential clients.
- Do sales-related research.
- Schedule emails to potential clients.
- Answer online chat or tickets.
- Approach solutions to complex challenges with an analytical and creative mindset.
Job Requirements
- Technically advanced with expertise in cloud-based services, social media, computers, mobile devices, and more importantly, how they all work together.
- Unbeatable communication skills, both oral and written.
- Positive client-facing attitude for trouble-shooting and timely resolution .
- Experience in an advertising sales, business development, and/or online media environment.
- College coursework in business, communications, or marketing principles.
- Familiarity with online advertising.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital media and its competitive landscape.
- Understanding of unique challenges that small businesses face in marketing online.
