Job Description

  • Assist service providers who have specific inquiries regarding their claims.
  • Provide the callers with any information needed regarding their payments/checks status.
  • Deal with providers face to face and help in resolving any customer complaints.
  • Update and respond to the CRM.
  • Support and Follow up with the Finance department.
  • Assist the finance team in other tasks as assigned.
  • Working hours: Either from 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. or from 9 a.m. to 5.30 a.m.
  • Days off are on Fridays & Saturdays.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree of any discipline.
  • Very Good command of written English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Hard-worker, Team-player in addition to the ability to handle stress.
  • Customer Service experience is a big plus.
